Want your child does not wear glasses because his eyes were minus? Have more to play outside the home. So advice from experts Queensland University of Technology is the study concluded, playing outside the house reduces the likelihood of children experiencing farsightedness.
Researchers can not explain why it could happen, but chances are by playing outside, children do more physical activity and also got a bigger splash of sunshine.
Researchers in the city of Brisbane is currently doing research for three years to find a relationship outside the house playing with a lower risk affected by nearsightedness. Dr Scott Read is looking for children between the ages of 11 to 14 years, which has a normal eye and nearsighted.
"We need the kids to school because at that moment nearsightedness usually occurs." Dr Read said as quoted by the website of The West Australian.
He said among the population of Australia, the number of nearsighted patients is increasing, now about 20-25 per cent of adult Australians have myopia. In some Asian countries, the numbers are even close to 80 percent.
Dr Read had previously been involved in research which found that short-term changes in the eye when one is doing physical exercise. Therefore, this new research will want to know more definitely whether physical exercise to be a major factor, or because a person outside the room.

Drinking Water Keep You Away From Diabetes
Scientists study recommends, replacing sodas and fruit juices with water to reduce the risk of women from diabetes. In fact, research initiated by researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health indicates, replace sugary drinks with water could also help prevent metabolic disorders.
The findings are based on the drinking habits of about 83,000 women, who were followed for more than a decade. Lead researcher Dr Frank Hu said, the findings also show that sugary drinks are not good for diabetes risk.
In his study, Dr. Hu and his team collected data on respondents involved in the Nurses Health Study to track the health and lifestyles of tens of thousands of women across the U.S.. The study included 82 902 women who answered questions about diet and health over a span of 12 years. Over time, about 2,700 of them had diabetes.
Studies show, many a woman to consume drinking water did not seem to affect the risk of diabetes. Those who drank more than six glasses of water a day had a similar risk to women who drank less than one drink a day.
However, participants who drank sugar-sweetened beverages and fruit juices associated with a higher risk of diabetes-about 10 percent higher for each cup consumed each day.
Researchers estimate that if a woman to replace a glass of soda or fruit juice with a glass of water, the risk of diabetes they will be down about 7 or 8 percent.
"Because diabetes is so common in our society, so although the risk decreased only 7 or 8 percent, is quite large in terms of population," says Dr. Hu.
About 10 percent of women, or 12.6 million people in the United States have diabetes. Any reduction of 7 percent means that there are 10 out of 100 women will be free from the threat of diabetes.
Dr. Hu, who published his findings in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, also found that coffee or tea without sugar may be a good alternative to replace sugary drinks.
The researchers estimate, substitute a glass of soda or fruit juice with a cup of coffee or tea without sugar can reduce the risk of diabetes from 12 percent to 17 percent.
Dr Hu said the research is very important to show that fruit juice is not the best choice as a substitute for soft drinks or sweetened beverages.
"The reality is that fruit juice coar as soft drinks," he explained.
The point, said Hu, water is one calorie-free beverages and a selection of the best. If you want to taste the water, you can add lemon or lime juice.

Epilepsy Women Can Have Normal Childbirth
Disabled pregnant women with epilepsy at risk of obstetric complications was higher than healthy women. However, pregnant women persons with epilepsy can have a healthy baby and give birth to normal children along bangkitannya controlled.
It was announced by Chairman of Study Group Epilepsy Association of Physician Specialists Indonesia Kurnia Kusumastuti Nerves in the seminar "Epilepsy in Children, comorbidities, and the Epilepsy Foundation Disabled Women in Dealing with Hormonal Changes" on Thursday (14/6), in Jakarta.
He said the rise of the risk of people with epilepsy in pregnant women increased 23-30 percent due to hormonal changes during pregnancy.
To beware, the last great generation can cause uterine contractions so the baby could be born prematurely. When there is rise of the blood vessels constrict so that the intake of oxygen to the fetus is reduced drastically. As a result, the fetus may experience asphyxia.
However, persons with epilepsy pregnant women, said Kurnia, do not worry too much. Data showed that more than 93 percent of women with epilepsy give birth to normal, not surgery. Condition, the generation is controlled by taking antiepileptic drugs (OAE) during pregnancy until after delivery.
When controlling the generation, physicians must pay attention to the condition of the fetus. Resurrection is not controlled can be fatal, whereas the consumption of excessive OAE adversely affect the fetus. Therefore, pregnant women with epilepsy are advised to do deliveries in hospitals / clinics that have epilepsy care facilities and intensive care baby unit.
Another speaker, Chief of the Division of Child Neurology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia Dwi Putro Widodo added, increasing the frequency of arousal in pregnant women with epilepsy is sometimes due to deliberate discontinuation of the OAE. Many pregnant women with epilepsy worry OAE side effects to the fetus.
Dwi Putro advise pregnant women with epilepsy continue to provide breast milk to infants. Although OAE out through the breast milk is generally not a problem. If the baby is sleepy continues, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Sleep Difficult For Some People Because of Afraid of the Dark
Recent research claims, sleeping problems experienced by some people may be triggered by the fear of the dark. The finding was evidenced by small-scale study to examine the influence of light on insomnia symptoms experienced by students in Toronto, Canada.
Scientists from Ryerson University Sleep and Depression Lab in Toronto used to measure the noise of the eye blink response among a group of students that when sleeping in lighting conditions and without illumination (dark). Nearly half of students who sleep less afraid of the dark admitted. Participants who had a good sleep habits tend to get used to the (unaffected) with noise disturbance, but they are difficult to sleep more anticipatory when the lights turned off.
"Those who experience sleep disturbances more easily startled in the dark compared with individuals who have a good sleep habits," said Taryn Moss, principal investigator of the study.
"As a provider of therapy, we assume that people who are difficult to sleep easily strained when the lights are turned off. Now we wonder how many people are phobic completely to the dark and not treated," he said.
The plan of these findings will be presented at the 26th annual meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS) in Boston. Research published in the journal Sleep in 2012.
Researchers said the new method of therapy may be needed to help adults who troubled his sleep for fear of the dark.
"We may need to add a component of therapy for these patients and harmonize the existing components to overcome the phobia of the dark. Further research is needed, but we believe we have stumbled across an unmet medical need for some people who have problems with sleep," said Colleen Carney, PhD, one of the researchers.

Benefits of Ginseng for Cancer Patients
A research indicates, the use of ginseng in a certain period of time can significantly help reduce fatigue in cancer patients. The researchers noted that the ginseng seems to have no harmful side effects.
In the study, researchers gave a placebo or 2,000 milligrams of ginseng root capsules for the 340 patients treated for cancer or have completed cancer treatment. Fatigue is a common condition that is often experienced by cancer patients. Most of the participants involved in the study of breast cancer.
The patients taking the capsule dlam stud is pure ginseng and ginseng products not containing ethanol. Why? Because according to Debra Barton of the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center, ethanol may be harmful for breast cancer patients.
"After eight weeks, we saw a 20 point improvement in fatigue in cancer patients, from a scale of 100 points which is a standard fatigue," said Barton.
Participants who consumed ginseng in capsules bentu reportedly did not experience any improvement at four weeks, but after eight weeks they feel much better (not easily tired, not easily tired, more energetic) than participants taking placebo.
A previous study at the Mayo Clinic found that about a quarter of patients who had suffered from cancer and suffering from fatigue said that they felt fairly good or better after taking ginseng capsules 1000 milligrams or 2000 milligrams. In comparison, only 10 percent of those using a placebo who obtain these results.
Laura Murphy, a professor of physiology at Southern Illinois University Carbondale says the findings are quite helpful to provide additional knowledge. According to Murphy, ginseng cost will be cheaper than the prescription drugs used to treat fatigue.
Why does ginseng help fatigue? Not yet clear, says Murphy, who had been the focus of studying the issue of herbal medicinal plants.
"Basically, when people ingest ginseng healthy, no significant effect," he said. "However, when the pain consuming ginseng, they tend to feel more normal," he said.
The research was funded by the U.S. National Cancer Institute and Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The plan of these findings will be released on June 4, 2012 at the annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology in Chicago.
Data and conclusions from the research presented at medical meetings should be seen as an early conclusion to the findings published in peer-reviewed journal.

9 Ways Getting rid of Foot Odor
Foot odor problem is very annoying and sometimes make people feel inferior. Foot odor can happen to anyone, so it should attempt to anticipate them.
Accordingercent
Given the bacteria are the primary agents that cause foot odor, use antibacterial soap acne seems to help. Look for acne soap with benzoyl peroxide content of 10 percent, which can reduce the bacteria. Benzoyl peroxide works by slowly releasing active oxygen which also has a bacteriostatic effect keratolytic effect and thus support the drying effects of treatment.
6. Put the paper into a shoe dryer
Placing paper in the shoe dryer may seem strange, but it can help absorb foot odor. Dryer sheet will help eliminate odor and keep your shoes still smell fresh.
7. Use mouthwash
Gargle (mouthwash) not only can make the breath fresh, but can also be used to keep your feet so not too bad. Soak your feet in water mixed with mouthwash once a day. Mouthwash will help remove bacteria from your feet, in the same way as killing bacteria in the mouth. If this is quite strange for you, consider rubbing the legs with cotton soaked in mouthwash.
8. Marinate the legs with cornstarch
Prior to wear socks, you can sprinkle cornstarch on the feet. Cornstarch to help absorb the sweat, which causes the odor. Make sure your feet are completely dry prior to moisten it with cornstarch and do not forget to apply it on the sidelines of the toes.
9. Replacing the shoe as often as possible
Replacing the shoe as much as possible can help reduce the odor in the feet. At the very least, try to avoid wearing the same pair of shoes two days in a row. When your shoes are wet from sweat, it takes several hours to completely dry.

Brain Food is Good for the Baby
Growth period is the right time to maximize your child's brainpower. To support them, give them healthy nutrients that can be brain food.
Brain food can improve memory and skills, thus making the child more adept at memorizing or remembering things.
These nutrients may be brain food for children, as reported by boldsky.
1. Dairy products
Milk and other dairy products are a rich source of protein, calcium, potassium and vitamin D. All of these essential nutrients is the key source for the development of the neuromuscular system, neurotransmitters, enzymes and brain tissue. Children and adolescents in the age group of people who are in the process also requires these nutrients to grow.
2. All types of berries
Strawberries, cherries, blueberries and blackberries are known as 'brainberries' because this fruit provides almost all the essential nutrients to the brain. Berry fruit is a source of antioxidants and vitamin C which helps in reducing oxidative stress.
3. Eggs and nuts
Choline, one other important element for the development of memory stem cells that can be found in eggs and nuts. Choline may increase the production of memory cells in the brain stem, also minimizes fatigue. In addition, nuts and seeds are a source of vitamin D, which can reduce cognitive decline.
4. Whole wheat
Vitamin B and glucose found in grains such as brown rice and oat meal, thus making it a healthy brain food for children. The body needs a regular supply of glucose provided by the grain. Vitamin B improves blood flow to the nervous system is one major factor in keeping all the organs of the body to be active, including the brain.
5. Salmon
Fish with high levels of fats such as salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA. This is an important nutrient for proper brain development. Research shows that people who eat fish have a sharper memory than those without.

Fetal Laser Surgery Can Separating Twins in the Womb
Treatment of identical twin pregnancies with the problem of joining blood vessels that supply food to the fetus can now be done with laser surgery. This technique is proven to save multiple births by 80 percent.
Laser surgery can now be a safe alternative to separate identical twins who have only one placenta in the same bag. This discovery may help doctors save the life of a twin fetus.
One baby (baby receiver) receives more blood flow, whereas the other (infant donor) gets too little blood supply. Meanwhile, the infant recipient becomes overloaded with blood, the tension caused by the baby's heart to pump more blood that can cause heart failure. Previously, the only solution suggested to overcome this complication is with abortion, but this is rarely done.
India has applied laser surgery for more than two years to save the twin fetuses of a state-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), which affects more than 15 percent of identical twin pregnancies.
"This is a rare condition in the case of identical twin pregnancies when the fetus is in a single bag. This makes both mutual struggle for the fetal nutrition. So while one baby gets more blood supply and nutrition, the other becomes too weak," said Anita Kaul, a consultant at Apollo Centre for Fetal Medicine, as reported from health.india, Tuesday (06/12/2012).
TTTS can be identified after 16 to 17 weeks of gestation. If confirmed, the doctor will decide where the separation of the laser procedure can be performed in the stomach only. While the blood vessels of two babies stay connected and both fetuses share the same placenta to supply nutrients from the mother's diet.
"Through foetoscope and laser rod, the blood vessels which joined inseparable. If done properly, this technique offers the possibility of 80 percent of the babies will be born safely," said Chander Lulla, consultant and specialist in fetal Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai.
Post-treatment, the baby's heart back into normal recipients, whereas donor babies begin to get the nutrients. Some of the challenges facing post-operative physician is premature delivery, infection prevention and health care of the twins.
Increasingly widespread in vitro fertilization (IVF) clinics also increase the occurrence of TTTS cases in pregnant women. IVF increases the chance of pregnancy identical twins suffering from TTTS can.

Daddy Love is More Important for Child Development
Most people think that a mother's love and care enough to care for and raise children. But it was the love of a father is also important for child development.
Researchers conducted a study of more than 10,000 men and women who reveal how a father who lives far away from keluraga or being cold to his son can damage a child's life.
Review of 36 studies have been conducted around the world concluded that a father's love for his children is as important as the love of a mother.
Researcher Professor Ronald Rohner stated that father love is the key to child development and hopes his findings will motivate more fathers to be involved in caring for their children.
"During this time the father thought that his position in the care of children is as financially support his family, but this is not necessary for the healthy development of children," said Professor Rohner as reported by the dailymail.
You have to start away from the faulty thinking and realize the influence of fathers on child development is very large, sometimes even larger than the mother. This conclusion came after Professor Rohner examined data from the study when the children and adults were given the question how great his love for his parents.
Based on the answers to the research participants, researchers can draw the conclusion that people who are less close to his father since childhood have a feeling more anxious, insecure, temperamental and aggressive.
Many behavioral problems due to the influence of his father the child ketidakdekatan that carry over into adulthood. The research was later published in the journal Personality and Social Psychology Review.
A father's love is as important as the love of a mother, even in some cases perhaps more importantly love's father. One reason may be the child more and more reluctant to honor a father figure.
So if the father did not try to close with his son and instead being cold, it will be more painful for mental health and child psychology. Attitude of rejection by the father in childhood have a strong and consistent effects on personality development.
"Children who feel unloved are likely to become anxious, insecure, triggering anger and hatred and can cause the child to shut down emotionally in order to protect themselves from further hurt," said Professor Rohner.
It can make a child's difficulty in socializing and forming relationships with others. Children can suffer from low self-esteem and difficulties to deal with stressful situations. Unlike the physically ill, people who have had psychological problems can relive the emotional pain caused even after many years.

The Prospective Drug Discovery Autism
After the success at the level of the study, researchers hope the drug could be used to bid symptoms of autism in humans.
United State National Institutes of Health examined the use of drugs GRN-529 to reduce the common symptoms that are often shown by people living with autism. The drug may help brain cells communicate two with each other.
Although had been circulating the notion that autism is a disorder that can not be addressed with medication, researchers believe that the use of these drugs can reduce the symptoms of autism. How, by seeking to brain cells communicate at synapses - the gaps between the cells of the human brain.
The test performed on behaving rats with autism - is in contrast to mice that did develop autism. "Autistic mice" lacking in terms of socialization and communication with other mice. They also spend a lot of time to perform activities related to repeated himself.
Once injected, the rats showed a better behavior. Such as reducing the repetitive activity and demonstrate the improvement in the social level. The researchers believe these findings enhance the chances of the drug can be used in the treatment of autism.
"Given the high cost, both in money and emotional, to families, schools and health care system, we hope the series can meet the needs of drugs that address the underlying symptoms," said Dr. Jacqueline Crawley, one of the researchers from the National Institute of Mental Health.
Uta Frith, professor of cognitive development from University College London said: "The processes at synapses has long been suspected as the origin of autism."
The study, published in the journal Science Translational Medicine is even showing positive symptoms in mice, not simply be applied to humans. It took a long time and a series of further research to test its feasibility in humans. In fact rarely even fail a drug applied to humans even if successful in animals.
Autistic behaviors known to affect 1 percent of the children. The scale varies from mild to severe. Symptoms range from social constraints, language barriers, and like to repeat as mengetukan hand movements. So far, people with autism treated through special education such as speech and behavioral therapy.

New Drug for Pancreatic Cancer
Scientists from the British managed to find a cure for pancreatic cancer. According to scientists from Cancer Research UK, aggressive pancreatic cancer may be cured by this drug.
Tumors or cancer of the pancreas is extremely dangerous. Only one in five people who can survive for a year after being diagnosed. This is because the gene is turned off by people with cancer cells.
Now, researchers are testing drugs that have the potential to alter gene and stop the spread of cancer cells. This treatment has been practiced to mice indicate that USP9x gene, which controls the cell to divide, turned off by the cancer cells.
Gene is not mutated, but proteins and other chemicals and make the gene stops dead. "We suspect that the fault is not in the genetic code, but a chemical that turns the gene off or on. After some more tests, we will confirm, "said researchers from the Cancer Research UK, David Tuveson.
Researchers from the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, David Adams, said that this study strengthens our understanding of biological cells. "We have to look into cell biological systems to identify all the genes that play a role in cancer," he explained.
Each year, approximately 7,800 people in the UK are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is dangerous, to belong to the five most deadly cancers.

U.S. Support Prevent HIV pills for Healthy People
U.S. health panel for the first time support the use of HIV prevention drug to healthy people.
Panel recommends U.S. regulators to approve a daily pill, Truvada, to be used by healthy people who are considered at high risk of the virus that causes AIDS. Previously a number of health workers and community groups are active in refusing HIV drugs. The rejection was based on the consideration that the user will get a false sense of security and fears of the emergence of a new type of HIV drug resistance.
On the other hand, those who support the Truvada reasoned that the use of the drug solely for HIV prevention efforts. That effort was not to be used as a single effort of prevention, because other efforts continue to run as a safe sex campaign, use of protective equipment, and routine testing.
Truvada long as it's used for people with HIV and drug use in conjunction with anti-retroviral drugs. Results of the study in 2010 showed that Truvada, a drug made by Gilead Sciences, based in California, can reduce HIV risk in healthy homosexual men and also for HIV among heterosexual HIV-negative but have positive partners, between 44 percent to 73 percent.
Food and drug watchdog U.S. FDA panel will consider the proposal and is expected to make a final decision on 15 June.

One-third of Malaria Drugs in the World is Fake
Third of malaria drugs are used around the world to stem the disease proved to be false.
The findings are revealed in The Lancet Infectious Diseases study that examines approximately 1,500 samples from seven malaria drugs from seven countries in Southeast Asia.
They claimed that malaria drugs are very low quality and fake that cause drug resistance and treatment failure.
In addition to Southeast Asia, experts from research institutes also found similar data in 21 countries of sub-Saharan Africa after testing more than 2,500 drug samples.
A number of observers to assess the health problems of these findings is a'' warning''.
The researchers from the Fogarty International Center at the National Institute of Health (NIH) who participated in this study believe that this problem may be much larger than the data revealed.
"Most cases probably go unreported, reported to the wrong institution, or remain anonymous by drug companies,'' said the researcher.
Minimal supervision
After all the research related to drug quality has never been done extensively in China or India - a country with one third of world population and'' likely'' source of many counterfeit drugs, including anti-malaria drugs.
Nayyar Gaurvika lead researcher emphasized that the 3.3 billion people at risk of malaria, which has been classified as endemic in 106 countries.
"Between 655 000 and 1.2 million people die each year from Plasmodium falciparum infection,'' he said.
'' Most of this morbidity and mortality can be avoided if the drug available to patients nutritious, high quality, and used properly.''
This study also found that many facilities are not adequate to monitor the quality of anti-malaria drugs and low knowledge of consumers and health professionals over medication therapy.
And also found a lack of regulation that oversees the drug manufacturer and the lack of penalties for counterfeiters.
However, the malaria mortality rate has dropped more than 25% globally since 2000, and by 33% in the African region.
But the UN health organization, WHO said that maintaining the current rate of progress will not be sufficient to meet the target of malaria control globally.
This requires investment in the renewal of diagnostic testing, treatment, and surveillance for malaria.

H1N1 Flu Vaccine profitable Pregnant
Nobody wants to get the flu. However, for pregnant women, get the influenza vaccination was found to provide a distinct advantage.
A team of researchers from Canada found that the H1N1 virus vaccine did not cause any side effects for the mother. Instead, the vaccine is given when the mother teserang flu can significantly reduce mortality at birth and that cause premature birth-weight babies born too small.
"It's surprising, but also attractive. This discovery is one example of the relationship between flu vaccination and infant mortality at birth. It's something rare going on," said Deshayne Fell, researchers from McGill University, a research associate with infant mortality data.
The researchers found that pregnant women who received the H1N1 vaccine has health benefits multiply. Avoid as much as 34 percent of newborn deaths, 28 percent to avoid premature delivery, and 19 children born with a good weight. In this study, the researchers used a database of data delivery in Ontario. There are at least 55 570 births in Ontario during the H1N1 pandemic are studied by researchers.
"This discovery is very useful. Pregnant women will usually be very careful with what you put into their bodies. However, it H1N1 will help them to treat the flu and also bring other benefits for the baby," said Mark Walker, a member team of researchers from the University of Ottawa.
Written in a paper titled "H1N1 Influenza Vaccination During Pregnancy and Fetal and Neonatal Outcomes", the study also published in the American Journal of Public Health.

To Avoid For Healthy Vagina
Vaginal yeast infections are a common cause of discomfort in women. The food you eat affects the growth of vaginal bacteria, so you need to increase and decrease the consumption of certain foods to prevent yeast infections.
Yeast infection in the vagina caused by the production of excess yeast or bacteria in your vagina. There may be other health conditions that may promote vaginal infections, such as pregnancy, diabetes mellitus, drug consumption and use of contraceptive vaginal deodorant.
Here are the things you should look for in choosing foods to avoid vaginal yeast infections, as reported from onlymyhealth, among others:
1. Avoid or limit the consumption of fermented foods, including mushrooms, dried fruits and vinegar.
2. Avoid the use of hydrogenated oils for cooking purposes. The oils can increase the overgrowth of certain bacterial species.
In contrast, the safe use of cooking oil is olive oil and flaxseed oil, all of which are natural variants that do not have the refining process and is known to be useful in the fight against yeast infections.
3. Limit consumption of excess sugar, sugary foods and drinks also increase the production of yeast. Similarly, with simple carbohydrates such as honey, canned juices, and pastries.
4. Avoid drinking alcohol because it can also increase the population of bacteria that causes yeast infections.
5. Choose dairy products derived from goat's or sheep's milk instead of cow's milk. Cow's milk products can slow the body's digestive processes that generate the growth of yeast in the vagina.

Endurance Body Depending The food
Mental toughness is influenced by his physical endurance even to the condition of your body's cells and molecules. Nutrition is a major foundation that promotes mental and physical endurance of the body.
Beginning at the molecular level, where the cells are protected from injury by a number of antioxidants, fat, protein and fiber that comes from healthy food.
Glutathione antioxidant system to protect the living cell in your body by detoxifying heavy metals and neutralize free radicals. When the system is suffering from fatigue due to cell infection, radiation, emotional or physical stress, toxins, drugs, vaccines, pesticides and other chemicals, the cells would be susceptible to mutation or destruction.
The low endurance will bring the risk of diseases, including autism, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, fatigue, cognitive or neurological, renal failure and cancer. Resistance to oxidative stress largely depends on the body's antioxidant defenses to remain strong in the face of interference.
Nutrient-rich foods can help build a strong defense system molecules. Glutathione is composed of amino acids cysteine, glutamic acid, and glycine.
Glutathione production requires adequate protein, but it also requires selenium, magnesium and vitamin D, which in most people intake is still lacking. All of these must be met as a first line treatment for trauma.
Vitamin C and E is an antioxidant that works with glutathione to protect a variety of tissues. While alpha-lipoic acid and CoQ10 is an antioxidant that specifically protect the network and increase energy production.
Lutein and zeaxanthin carotenoids protect omega-3 fatty acids to promote a clear vision and improve brain function. Carotenoids and other antioxidants help prevent the skin against aging and arterial rigidity.
Carotenoids provide a major contribution to resistance arteries, brain, skin and eyes. But more than 95 percent of people fail to meet the required body carotenoid index, as reported from naturalnews.
Trillions of bacteria that coats your intestines and contribute significantly to the resilience of the body. Good bacteria help to detoxify food and its metabolites, preventing infection, nourish, and keep your immune system.
Gut bacteria make you tough. Mengndung fermented foods or probiotics prebiotics may help improve intestinal health and digestion.
Depression, heart disease and dementia largely depends on the level of vitamin B complex in the body. Strong bones depend on calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2.
Immune system relies on a strong metabolism, healthy mind and a fit body condition. Procurement of proper nutrition and avoiding unhealthy lifestyle is the best means to strengthen the physical and mental endurance to withstand the inevitable difficulties of life.

This For You That Have High Blood
People with hypertension are at greater risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney disease. Those who have high blood pressure, you should do these 5 steps.
By following some simple dietary guidelines, you can minimize high blood pressure and protect your health.
"You can avoid the risk of disease due to high blood pressure by making simple diet," said Lawrence Appel, MD, MPH, professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg of Public Health.
The following dietary guidelines for people who have high blood pressure, among others:
1. Reduce intake of sodium
Sodium acts as a preservative, so often found in excessive amounts in processed foods. Read the labels on food packaging carefully.
You only need about 200 mg of sodium and should not exceed 600 mg sodium. If you are eating more fresh foods, the intake of sodium that you eat less, too.
2. Weight loss
Weight loss as a whole seems to have a positive effect on blood pressure. Having an ideal body weight may actually contribute to high blood pressure and other health problems.
3. Avoid alcoholic beverages
Excessive drinking has a negative impact on blood pressure.
4. Change your diet
Change your diet with a focus on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat dairy, and lean meats. Food is good for keeping blood pressure remained stable.
5. Drug therapy
For some conditions, not everyone is able to manage high blood pressure with diet alone.
Some people sometimes need medication to keep his blood pressure to remain stable
"There are benefits of drug therapy for hypertension, high blood pressure you. Therapy complementary medicine and diet, but consult with your doctor the use of drugs to determine whether drugs that you consume is safe and causes no adverse effects on health," said Appel.

It's easy enough Two Habits To Stay Healthy Body
To stay healthy, in fact people do not need to be bothered with a variety of sports or diet. 2 is easy enough habit is always healthy for the body that is not much sitting and consumption of fruits and vegetables.
A second study showed that changing certain habits have greatly improved health conditions, namely:
1. Too much sitting
2. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
"People who have unhealthy behaviors at risk of cancer and heart disease, but hard to change unhealthy habits into healthy habits," says researcher Bonnie Spring, professor of medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine as reported myhealthnewsdaily.com, Saturday (16/06/2012).
In a research report published in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers found that the group was asked to reduce the habit of sitting and the emphasis on eating fruits and vegetables have the greatest health benefits.
The group that was asked for 'a lot of exercise and reduced fat foods' tend to take more exercise over time and reduce daily caloric intake from fat as much as 11.4 to 9.1 percent. But this group is only slightly reduced the time to sit and not eat so many fruits and vegetables.
On the other hand, the group asked to 'reduce to sit and eat lots of fruits and vegetables' and then a lot of exercise like the person who asked for a lot of exercise. This group of participants and reduce the consumption of fatty foods even though not required lowering fat intake
The researchers concluded, reducing the habit of sitting and eating more fruits and vegetables will eventually limit the intake of fatty foods as well as the trigger man for a lot of exercise.
"We found that people can make a huge change in a very short time and preserve the habit," said Spring.

15 Minute Meditation's Healthy Heart
One great if you think meditation is an activity that a waste of time and useless. A recent study published the journal Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine indicated that regular meditation can improve health care quality by reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, especially among adolescents most at risk.
Studies involving tens of black teenagers who have high blood pressure proves that meditation significantly help improve health conditions. Those who meditate twice a day for 15 minutes is likely to have left ventricular mass (LV mass) was lower. In the medical world, an increase in LV mass is known as one indicator of cardiovascular disease in the future.
Half of the adolescents were trained in transcendental meditation and asked to meditate for 15 minutes in the classroom and 15 minutes at home for a period of four months. While other participants were given health education issues on how to lower blood pressure (hypertension) and risk of cardiovascular disease, but not with the practice of meditation.
LV mass was measured by means of two-dimensional echocardiogram before and after the study. Group of teenagers who meditated showed a significant reduction in LV mass.
"The increase in mass of the left ventricle of the heart muscle usually caused by the extra workload on the heart with high blood pressure. Some teenagers already have a higher left ventricular mass due to increased blood pressure. This condition will continue to carry into adulthood," said Dr. Vernon Barnes of the Medical College of Georgia and the Georgia Health Sciences University Institute of Public and Preventive Health.
During meditation, the participants over the rest, the sympathetic nervous system activity is reduced, and the body releases stress hormones less than usual. "As a result, blood vessels relax, reducing blood pressure, and heart work less," he said.
In fact, says Barnes, school records show improved behavior among adolescents who meditate. "Transcendental meditation is much deeper than the rest of the body to sleep," he said.
"Statistics show that one out of every 10 black teenagers have high blood pressure. If practiced from time to time, meditation can reduce the risk of these adolescents with heart disease, as well as other additional health benefits," he said.

Why Fat People is Easy Snoring
Snore while sleeping can be experienced by anyone. But most people are overweight are more prone to snoring or snoring during sleep. Why is that?
There are many causes of snoring during sleep, due to a trivial problem but can sometimes also be an indication of serious health problems. Is estimated that nearly half of adults snore.
Snoring or the snoring is caused by a narrowing of the throat and the air will go through or over, as quoted from Mayoclinic, Saturday (16/06/2012).
One of the most common cause of snoring is the result of obesity and overweight. In obese people the excessive tissue can constrict the throat making snoring more likely.
Additionally obese people tend to have too much body fat, and some fat is collected in certain body parts like the neck and throat area.
Fat in the neck and throat will constrict the airways making it difficult to breath. When someone is lying, his position will further narrow the airways, making snoring so part of the body for trying to pick up oxygen.
And increased fat also affect good muscle tissue and lose muscle mass and loose tissue in the throat becomes so much easier to snore.
If purely due to obesity usually by losing weight can often fix the problem. But if obesity is combined with other causes, it would require further treatment.
Sometimes people who snore may also suffer from sleep apnea refers to a disruption of breathing for 10 seconds or more. Sleep apnea can occur several times in one night and interfere with normal sleep quality.
Some things could be a clue that experienced snoring more than just a sleep disorder that is common to feel sleepy during the day, frequent urination when the night or early morning headache.
